Introducing Delphi Studio

· One min read
Building infrastructure for defensible consensus research

Modified Delphi studies are a cornerstone of expert consensus in clinical guidelines, medical education, health policy, and quality improvement. When conducted rigorously, they produce transparent, reproducible, and defensible recommendations. However, most Delphi studies are still coordinated through fragmented tools — survey platforms, spreadsheets, email chains, and manual analysis. This approach creates unnecessary administrative burden and, more importantly, makes it difficult to demonstrate exactly how consensus was reached when questioned by journal reviewers, IRBs, or replication teams.

Delphi Studio is a purpose-built platform for study design, panel management, rounds, an audit log, and the study-report files it produces. Keeping those records together is meant to make the method you run easier to describe later. The software does not make the research decision, and a download is not a finished manuscript.

The platform is designed to reduce operational friction while strengthening methodological integrity — enabling research teams to focus on the quality of their questions, panel composition, and interpretation of results rather than on coordinating disconnected tools.
