Getting help
Write to the study team about the study you were invited to.
On a study page, the line at the bottom says: "Questions about this page? Write to the study team at" and then an address. That address is the study's reply-to, the same address its emails use. Use it for a question about your invitation, your consent, a round, or leaving.
If the invitation says the reply-by date has passed, the heading is Still want to take part? and the button is Write to the study team. That button uses the same address. The page can no longer take an answer.
If your round link is not working, the page says to use the most recent email from the study team. If you left and want to return, open the link in the email that confirmed you left. When the study has a public page, the round page can also offer Email me my link.
Questions about the software, not about your study, go to the contact page. That page says a question about a study you are taking part in is best sent to that study's team, at the address in its emails.
