What is published about you
The consent form is the study's published wording. It states how long the study keeps answers that could identify you, and what it does with them after the study ends. That period, and what follows it, are the study's own choice. The same form states what reports may show, including the smallest group the study will report on its own. Read those sentences on the form. This page does not add a number.
Results files
The study summary is counts: the study, its rounds, and its settings. The file says it does not include responses, statement wording, or anyone's name or email address.
The consensus file is one row per statement. It has the group's figures and the result in the study's own words. It is not a row for you. A statement answered by fewer people than the study's smallest group is shown with no figures. The file has no comment text.
The participation file is counts for each round, not a row for you. When a round has some people but fewer than that smallest group, it gives no breakdown.
The responses file is made only when the study did not promise combined results only. It has one row per answer: your rating, whether you gave a comment, and the calendar day you submitted. It does not include the comment's words, a time of day, your name, your email address, or your organization. You appear as a code. A group smaller than the study's smallest group is not named. The cell says those people are other people, fewer than that number. If the consent form promises combined results only, this file is not made. The consensus and participation files still are.
A questionnaire file follows the same rules. Whether you wrote text is yes or no. The words are not in the file.
A roster that names people is not one of these files. It is a separate download, and it needs a written reason.
If the study offered it and you did not tick With my permission, acknowledge me by name in the resulting publication, the consent page says the publication will not name you. If you ticked it, the page says you allowed the study to acknowledge you by name.
Leaving lists what a request to remove answers cannot undo, including reports already released.
