Reporting and exports
Two screens do this work. Reports, in the study sidebar, is the round files. Reporting is the study-level summary, the one-row outline, and the results-request list. The steps are Reporting. This page is the catalog, including the formats the product does not build.
Writing the manuscript checklist is a researcher task. The map is the ACCORD and CREDES crosswalk. Choosing a reporting standard in Report settings records a setting. It does not make a downloaded file a certificate.
Who may download
Reports opens for anyone who can open the study's Results page: the principal investigator, Steering committee (full access), Biostatistics, and a Steering confirmer. It also opens at read when Study team has Let every workspace member read this study on, including for a person with no study seat. A Coordinator, Coder, or Adjudicator does not open Reports on that seat alone.
Without that switch, a Steering confirmer does not get the response-level files. Another seat that opens Results does. With the switch on, the switch is another way into Results, so those files are included. Consensus and participation stay available to the people who can open Reports. The response-level files still have no names.
Reporting, the study-level page, opens for the principal investigator and Steering committee (full access) without that switch. Biostatistics and a Steering confirmer do not open it on those seats alone. The same switch opens Reporting at read for them and for a workspace member with no seat.

Times in the consensus, participation, and response files are dates only. Figures for a group smaller than the study's smallest reportable group are withheld. The response file records whether a comment was given. It does not contain the comment text.
If the Analysis plan promises combined results only, the response file and the questionnaire responses file are refused. Consensus and participation remain available. The refusal says a file with a row for each person and answer would break that promise, even with numbers in place of names.
Files the product does not build
The screen does not build a PDF, a DOCX file, a REFI-QDA file, an XLSX file, a qualitative ZIP, or a checksummed bundle.
Report settings can store DOCX as a chosen format. The outline's Formats cell can then contain the word DOCX. The screen still does not build a DOCX file.
Codebook is listed as "CSV · Current version". Export stays unavailable: "No codebook has been saved for this study."
View report history does not download a stored file. The reason is "Generated files are downloaded from this page. A stored history is not kept yet." Sample rows on that card are not files.
Next step
Download from Reporting after a round has the file you need. A consensus file waits until a closed round has computed results and they pass their integrity check. A participation file waits until a round has opened.
